Interact and Chat: Connect with fellow community members, constituents, and the TMVC movement.
Make Their Opinion Known: Share ideas, provide feedback, and actively participate in shaping the future of Ibadan North.
Access Information: Learn about the TMVC campaign, its policies, and community initiatives.
Utilize Community Features: Access various community features such as Posts, Groups, Events, and Forums as provided.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

Collect or store personal data about other Users without their express consent.
Post adult content. We have detected we have detected that we will decline the upload of any adult content.
5. Content Ownership and License
You retain all rights to the content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant TMVC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. This license is necessary for us to operate and promote the Platform and the TMVC movement.
You represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to grant this license for all content you post.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TMVC or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.
7. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TMVC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such websites or services at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TMVC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THE PLATFORM. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, TMVC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TMVC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS; (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM; (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM; AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE PLATFORM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TMVC, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of any of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, located in Ibadan, Oyo State.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
